What do I do if I've had a relapse?

If you've had a relapse and feel miserable you are not alone. Plenty of people have relapsed and still achieved long term sobriety.  Sometimes a relapse is necessary to bring a drug addict to their bottom or most desperate state that is necessary for recovery.  alcohol
